The Chapter President is responsible for the oversight of all chorus related activities, delegating action items to members of the Board of Directors, and running meetings throughout the calendar year. 

The Executive Vice President is responsible for supporting the ideas of the Chapter President by dispatching board members and active chorus members to complete action items, as well as oversee legacy culture and emeritus membership. 

%G is the current %P of the %W and is responsible for managing all of our fiscal responsibilities and record keeping. The treasurer clears incoming invoices, sets and fulfills the chorus payroll, manages the yearly budget, and helps to strategize for continued development. They also file our non-profit tax returns.

%G is the current %P of %W and is responsible for taking minutes of the monthly board meetings and making that information available to any who inquire. They also engage in clerical duties, like interfacing with Society leadership and keeing the member roles up to date. 

The Music & Performance Director is responsible for coordinating with the Artistic Director on programming music, creating rehearsal plans, overseeing chorus concerts and events, scheudling coaches, and overseeing the Music Team. 

%G is the current %P of %W and is responsible for handling members roles, being the first point of contact, and managing our "Guest Book" music library. They are proactive in greeting intersted guest at rehearsals and getting them started on their audition process. They also work closely with organizing the SCVA Close Harmony Festival.
